Celebration Details

Choose from a variety of party options! Pick from painting pottery, glow-in-the-dark parties, clay creations, or build your own custom party experience.
Bring in food, cake, ice cream, beverages or have something delivered. *Please bring all supplies needed as we do not stock party supplies like cups, plates, utensils etc.
Enjoy 2 hours of private studio time for you and your guests.
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied to your total balance.
Party cost is $300 for up to 8 children and includes one piece per painter (valued up to $22). Each additional painter is $30. If a painter chooses a piece that exceeds $22, the price difference will be applied.
Party Prices:
- $300 cost for up to 8 people

- $25 per additional hour in the party room
- A 10% gratuity for staff will be applied to all parties
- $40 fee for excessive clean up or damage will be added if necessary

Paint-Your-Own Pottery Party: Enjoy a fun and creative experience painting your own ceramics during your party! Guests can choose from a wide selection of pottery pieces and use our vibrant glazes to bring their creations to life with color and personality. All pieces painted with glazes will be kiln-fired after the party to create a beautiful and glossy finish. Finished items will be ready for pickup approximately 2 weeks after your event and will be held for up to 30 days once completed.
Glow-in-the-dark Party: Glow Parties are held with the lights turned off and black lights turned on for a fun glowing experience! Using glow-in-the-dark and fluorescent acrylic paints, guests choose a piece from our inventory and paint with vibrant colors that glow under black light. Because acrylic paints are used, pieces can be taken home the same day. Glow parties include five glow paint colors, and regular pottery glazes are not permitted in the room.
Clay Party: Clay Parties allow guests to create their very own ceramic pieces from scratch! Guests may free-build for $24 per pound of clay (no sharing allowed), or choose a selected project with guided instruction for an additional fee. Additional clay can be purchased for $10 per pound. All pieces will be fired from the clay (greenware) stage to the bisque (ceramic) stage. Guests are welcome to return at a later date to paint their finished creations.

Party Types

Tie Dye: Tie-Dye is a fun party add-on where guests create their own colorful wearable art! The party includes the shirts and dye needed to design your new fabric creation. Pricing is per shirt, per size, with youth shirts priced at $15.99 and adult shirts priced at $19.99. Once finished, shirts are placed in provided plastic bags with a care sheet explaining how to properly wash and set the dye at home.
Ice Cream: Make your party even sweeter with an Ice Cream Add-On from Pops! This option includes 10 single scoops for $50. If additional guests would like ice cream, extra scoops are $5 each. Toppings are available for an additional charge. If you’re interested in something bigger, full ice cream bar packages and custom quotes are available upon request.
Characters: Make your celebration extra magical with a character visit from Royal Fairytale Events! Beloved fairytale characters can stop by your party for photos, interactions, and memorable moments for guests. Characters are subject to availability, and pricing varies based on the character and length of visit. Custom quotes are available upon request.

Party Add-Ons

Party Room Contract

Your party includes 2 hours in the party room. If your party exceeds this time by more than 15 minutes, an additional hourly charge will apply.
No glitter, pinatas, balloons, or confetti are allowed. ** You can add decorations to the walls only: please use painters tape to avoid damage.
The back door needs to remain locked and closed.
The clay and glass room (behind the barn door) is off limits.
Most cabinets are locked and off-limits, and the refrigerator is not available for use. We recommend bringing a cooler for any beverages you would like to keep cold. If you bring ice cream, you are welcome to use the freezer.
Children should remain in the party room . If children do exit the party room, they need to be accompanied by an adult.
There is no running or horse play. Any damage to the party room or products will have to be paid for at your event. The party room will be inspected prior to your departure to ensure no additional cleaning fee is necessary.
A 10% gratuity will automatically be applied to all party orders.
We do not have supplies (cups, plates, utensils, etc) so please make sure you bring all that you need.
By reserving the party room, you agree to the terms listed above.
Cancellations for the party have to be two weeks prior to the date in order to move your party to another day; otherwise, the $75 depost is nonrefundable.
